Dream Stores – Company Policy

Policy Purpose

This policy is created to maintain transparency, trust, and smooth business operations between Dream Stores and its customers. It clearly explains the rules, responsibilities, and terms related to our products and services.

Product Quality Policy

Dream Stores is committed to providing high-quality, durable, and reliable products. Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure proper quality. In case of any manufacturing defect, Dream Stores will provide an appropriate solution as per company policy.

Pricing Policy

All product prices are set according to market standards. Prices may change from time to time without prior notice. Goods and Services Tax (GST) and other applicable taxes will be charged as per the invoice.

Sample Request & Payment Policy

When a customer requests a product sample from Dream Stores, the customer is required to make full payment for the sample product. In addition to the sample cost, the customer must also pay applicable GST and transportation charges.

If the customer does not like the sample and wishes to return it, the sample must be returned in proper condition. After receiving the returned sample, Dream Stores will refund only the sample product cost.

The sample must be returned within 48 (forty-eight) hours from the time of delivery.
If the sample is not returned within this period, Dream Stores shall not accept the sample return, and no refund shall be provided.

Transportation charges, and any other additional costs paid by the customer are non-refundable under any circumstances.

This policy is applicable to all sample orders and is mandatory for every customer requesting a sample from Dream Stores.

Order and Payment Policy

  • Order Confirmation
    An order shall be deemed confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or agreed advance payment, along with written or verbal approval of the quotation by the customer.
  • Payment Terms
    Dream Stores accepts payments via Cash, UPI, Bank Transfer, and Online Payment methods. For order confirmation, 70% advance payment is mandatory. The balance 30% payment shall be made upon completion of work and strictly before dispatch of the goods.
  • Quotation & Pricing
    Prices mentioned in the quotation are for product cost only. Freight, transportation, and logistics charges are extra and shall be charged separately based on location, quantity, and mode of transport.
    The quotation is valid for 10 (ten) days from the date of issue.
  • Work Completion & Delivery Schedule
    The estimated work completion period shall be within 4 (four) weeks from the date of receipt of the detailed Purchase Order (PO) or receipt of advance payment, whichever is later.
    Delays arising due to Government lockdowns, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond the control of Dream Stores shall be excluded from the delivery timeline.
  • Colour & Specifications
    Product colour and specifications must be confirmed by the customer at the time of order confirmation. Any changes requested after confirmation may result in additional cost and revised delivery timelines.
  • Loading, Unloading & Shifting
    All loading, unloading, and shifting activities at the customer’s premises shall be entirely the responsibility and scope of the customer.
  • Insurance
    Transit insurance shall be arranged and borne solely by the customer. Dream Stores shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or delay during transit in the absence of insurance arranged by the customer.
  • Force Majeure
    Dream Stores shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, pandemics, or other force majeure conditions.
  • Return, Refund & Exchange
    No return, refund, or exchange shall be accepted once the order is confirmed, except as expressly agreed in writing by Dream Stores.
  • General
    Dream Stores reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. All disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction applicable to Dream Stores’s place of business.

Delivery Policy

Delivery timelines depend on product availability and location. In case of any delay, the customer will be informed in advance. Transportation or delivery charges, if applicable, will be charged separately.

Return and Replacement Policy

Returns or replacements are allowed only in the case of manufacturing defects. Any issue must be reported within 24 to 48 hours of delivery. Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return or replacement.

Cancellation Policy

Order cancellation is not allowed once the product has been dispatched. If an order is cancelled before dispatch, applicable cancellation charges may be deducted. 

Warranty Policy

Warranty is provided as per the product category and manufacturer terms. Physical damage, mishandling, or misuse of the product is not covered under warranty.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are requested to inspect the product properly at the time of delivery. Dream Stores will not be responsible for issues arising due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

Privacy Policy

Dream Stores respects customer privacy. All personal information shared with us is kept confidential and secure. Customer data will not be shared with any third party without consent.

Policy Changes

Dream Stores reserves the right to change or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
